Live oaks pop up throughout the deck providing a natural canopy for the tables lining the river, offering the best sunsets in town. Some of the best views at Cap’s can be had along our famous waterfront deck. And remember our motto: “Only the first bottle is expensive.” As many restaurants double or triple the cost of wine, we add a nominal amount to the cost of most bottles, resulting in a menu price similar to what you would find in a wine shop. The pricing of our wine list is different from industry standard. Where else in North Florida would you find a Grand Cru Burgundy, a Timorasso or a German Pinot? Only at Cap’s. Our list features the well known, the obscure as well as many boutique wines. Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized our wine list by awarding us a Wine award for fourteen consecutive years and the coveted “Best of” awards (the second highest distinction) since 2018. It boasts over 400 selections of wines from all over the world, including some very sought-after wines. Over the years, Vivian and Bernard, through winery visits and many tastings, have put together a sophisticated wine list. An all-natural product made with Silver tequila, sparkling water, organic lime and agave. For the seltzer drinkers we recently added local Freshies®. We feature local beers from breweries like Bold City, Intuition and Ancient City on draft. ![]() We infuse tequila with local datil peppers for our spicy tequila and age a Manhattan cocktail for 3 months in old bourbon barrels. He makes all syrups and shrubs in house for our craft cocktail program. Our chief mixologist Cody designed a cocktail program based on fresh ingredients, local spirits and artisan tradition. Chef Chip leads a talented team of chefs, who bring their own flair to the menu and help create nightly specials. Prices-wise on a night out, you won’t have to shell out more than €3 for a bottle of beer in your average bar, whilst club entry is typically between €10 and €20 and traditionally includes one free drink – so don’t throw away your ticket after the bouncer tears it in two, as often the other half will get you a gin and tonic! Once you’re in the club expect to pay €5-10 for a beer, and upwards of €10 for a mixed drink or cocktail.We have composed a menu with a focus on local seafood and produce. ![]() Better to play safe, however, than risk ruining a great night out. Smart shoes are a good idea, and a collar won’t hurt your chances, although neither are necessarily an absolute must if the overall appearance is chic. But if you’re a big and loud group of guys we’d definitely recommend being a smartly dressed big and loud group of guys, rather than a scruffy one. Generally speaking, even here it’s fairly relaxed compared to some major European cities, like London or Paris. However, if you’re planning on getting into the venues around the Port Olimpic strip, and in the Zona Alta, you’ll need to wear something a little fancy to adhere by the dress code. We wouldn’t want to leave you without some advice on what to wear… well Barcelona is a notoriously hipster city, especially downtown, so if you’re bar crawling in Raval or Gracia and / or finishing the night in places like Apolo or Razzmatazz, then beat up trainers and band t-shirts are just fine. ![]() Restaurants at this time are spilling over with customers fuelling themselves on tapas and other treats (although you’ll find better quality for cheaper elsewhere! Check our eating out section for suggestions), whilst the strip also has plenty of bars and clubs. Barcelona’s busiest boulevard by day, Las Ramblas is also heaving by night, especially in the early stages of the evening when the street performers are still playing their trade and the pavements throng with locals and tourists heading out for drinks and dinner.
